Topps has expanded the scope of Turbo Attax for 2026, giving the long-running Formula 1 trading card game line a more premium feel without losing the wide checklist and multi-format chase that collectors expect. The headline additions are Turbo Chrome cards, memorabilia content and autograph possibilities, all of which push this year’s release beyond a standard annual update.
The product reached European markets on July 23, and it arrives with several configurations that matter to collectors because exclusives are tied directly to format. Standard boxes, themed Mega Tins, a Super Tin and an online-only Starter Pack all carry different chase elements, so completionists will need more than one path to build the full release.
What Is New in 2026 Topps Turbo Attax Formula 1
The biggest change is the addition of Turbo Chrome, a new shiny tier that gives the brand a chrome-style chase with serial-numbered Refractor parallels. Collectors can also hunt memorabilia for the first time in a larger way, including Raceday Relics with race-worn material and Manufactured Relics carrying a separate checklist. On top of that, select Limited Editions have signed 1/1 versions, adding a legitimate hit element to a product that has traditionally been more game and set-build focused.
Turbo Chrome parallels are a major talking point in this release. The confirmed Refractor lineup includes Green /99, Gold /50, Orange /25, Red /5 and Superfractor 1/1. For Formula 1 card collectors who usually target scarce numbered content, that parallel ladder gives Turbo Attax a stronger chase structure than in previous years.
2026 Topps Turbo Attax Formula 1 Checklist Overview
The base-style master checklist totals 353 cards and covers teams, principals, driver pairings, modern stars, legends, F2 names and game-related content. The opening portion of the set is built around the current Formula 1 field, with each team receiving a group of cards that usually includes a team logo card, team principal, dynamic duo pairing and individual driver entries across themed designs such as 2026 F1 Hero, Power In Numbers and Lightning Lids.
From there, the set branches into a long list of themed subsets. The result is a checklist that mixes current-season stars like Lando Norris, Oscar Piastri, Max Verstappen, George Russell, Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton with legends such as Sir Stirling Moss, Alain Prost, Michael Schumacher, Mika Hakkinen, Nigel Mansell and Kimi Raikkonen. It also reaches into the feeder categories with several F2 names, which helps widen the collector base.

Hero Packets, Starter Pack Cards and Format Exclusives
Every traditional box includes one Hero Packet. That pack contains 11 shiny cards drawn from 100 Club, Black Edge, Diamond Infinity, Chrome and Limited Editions. For many collectors, Hero Packets will be one of the quickest ways to land some of the flashier chase designs without relying entirely on tins.
