2025 Topps Star Wars Masterwork Checklist, Autographs and Set Details

2025 Topps Star Wars Masterwork returns as the premium Star Wars trading card release from Topps, and this edition carries extra weight as the brand’s 10th anniversary installment. Masterwork has built its reputation around hard-signed autographs, layered memorabilia concepts and upscale presentation, and the new product keeps that formula intact while pulling characters and talent from across the films and newer Disney+ series.

Box configuration details have not yet been announced, but Topps has indicated a May 4, 2026 pre-order date on Topps.com. That timing fits the Star Wars calendar perfectly, giving collectors a Star Wars Day launch window for one of the hobby’s most anticipated entertainment card products.

What makes 2025 Topps Star Wars Masterwork stand out

The foundation of the release is a 100-card base set built around character-focused designs. The checklist stretches from original trilogy icons to modern streaming-era names, giving the product broad franchise coverage. Collectors can also expect parallels, although full parallel details and print runs for non-serial-numbered cards have not yet been published.

Autographs remain the centerpiece. The main Masterworks On-Card Autographs set includes 96 signers, a mix that ranges from legendary names like Mark Hamill, Samuel L. Jackson, Billy Dee Williams and Ian McDiarmid to newer stars such as Rosario Dawson, Jude Law, Adria Arjona, Lee Jung-jae and Dafne Keen. Topps has also teased framed autograph versions in silver and gold.

Beyond the standard autograph chase, Masterwork again leans into elaborate premium content. Collectors will find Duo, Trio and Quad Autographs, plus Ultimate Book Card Autographs carrying as many as 10 signatures. Pen Autograph Relics also return, featuring pieces of the actual pen used in signing, with 85 one-of-one subjects listed. Memorabilia-driven autograph sets and Return of the Jedi film cel autographs deepen the chase even more.

Insert variety is another strong point. The product includes Under Disguise, Fall Of The Chosen One, Galactic Die-Cut Pods, Short Circuit, BB-8 and the Lothal Jedi Template Mortis Gods Painting Puzzle. Sketch cards are also part of the release, with more than 200 artists contributing original work.
